Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years restaurant experience in family, fast food, or casual dining

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and address disciplinary matters including termination
  • foster a positive and engaged restaurant culture
  • coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior creating a hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • lead sales building activities and maximize table turnover
  • greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
  • maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • control cash procedures, inventory, and labor scheduling
  • manage profit and loss, including food and labor costs
  • oversee facility and equipment maintenance
