Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
- Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Address guest concerns promptly and manage guest reviews
- Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, control labor and occupancy, and oversee profit and loss statements
- Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
- Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist with housekeeping duties and daily laundry and public space needs
- Cover employee shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure safety and security of guests and property
- Perform other duties as assigned
