Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
  • Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Address guest concerns promptly and manage guest reviews
  • Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, control labor and occupancy, and oversee profit and loss statements
  • Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
  • Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping duties and daily laundry and public space needs
  • Cover employee shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity
  • Follow property emergency procedures and ensure safety and security of guests and property
  • Perform other duties as assigned
