- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of family, fast food, or casual dining experience preferred
- knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- availability to work varied schedules including weekends
- compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service when applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- assign, plan, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline staff including terminations
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- assist staff with duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain cost controls and profit management
- ensure OSHA and health safety policy compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food, labor, and review financials
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- control food costs through recipes and portion control
- optimize labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper equipment use
- maintain facilities and assets
- perform other assigned duties
