  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required local and state regulatory certificates
  • Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • Proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required local and state regulatory certificates
  • Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
  • Demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster’s principles
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service standards
  • Create an over-the-top crew experience fostering employee engagement
  • Measure success through balanced results from guest satisfaction, employee engagement, process excellence, and financial goals
  • Achieve sustainable growth in sales and profits through strategic leadership
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and operational efficiency
