- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required local and state regulatory certificates
- Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- Proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required local and state regulatory certificates
- Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- Demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster’s principles
- Drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service standards
- Create an over-the-top crew experience fostering employee engagement
- Measure success through balanced results from guest satisfaction, employee engagement, process excellence, and financial goals
- Achieve sustainable growth in sales and profits through strategic leadership
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and operational efficiency
