Job Requirements

  • Must have prior management experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • capability to manage inventory labor and staffing
  • excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • must be able to handle physical demands including bending reaching lifting and maintaining alertness
  • ability to work in varied temperatures including near open flames
  • capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
