  • Previous management experience required
  • Experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach Department Managers
  • Follow up on department progress and provide direction
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Manage daily restaurant operations
