Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary management roles
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required
- proficiency in English communication verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe and local state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required
- proficiency in verbal and written English
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
- drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
- create an over-the-top crew experience
- ensure balanced results from guest, employee, process, and financial perspectives
- manage sustainable growth in sales and profits
- oversee compliance with regulatory requirements
- develop and mentor management and crew members
- maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- manage budgets and financial controls
