Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent education
- Minimum three years of experience as Executive Assistant Manager or Resident Manager
- Prior experience in sales, events, hospitality or secretarial roles preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations including marketing, security, labor relations, budgeting and quality assurance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and sales abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Energetic and outgoing
- Excellent interpersonal organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Team player with minimal supervision capability
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Basic financial and arithmetic competencies
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Opera
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Must abide by company payroll policies and safety procedures
- Willingness to travel as required
- Willingness to work primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend/holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties including setting goals, reading and writing reports, and communicating with guests and management
- Oversee and coordinate forecasts and budgets, ensuring adherence and explaining deviations
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws including wage, tax, liquor, safety and security regulations
- Interview, hire, supervise and counsel department heads and supervisors, establish training programs and review team performance
- Conduct daily physical tours and inspections of the property, monitor cost control, cleanliness, and product quality
- Participate in community affairs, promote the hotel, and develop marketing and sales efforts to increase occupancy and revenue
- Travel as necessary to attend corporate meetings, sales trips, and content creation shoots
