Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- open availability during all restaurant hours including pre-opening and post-closing
- dependable with ability to work minimum 50 hours per week
- experience managing quick service restaurant units
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience managing drive-thru units preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- high school diploma preferred
- valid state driver’s license with required auto insurance
- access to a reliable personal vehicle for management tasks
- physical and mental ability to tolerate noise, extreme temperatures, and perform frequent physical activities including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, and standing for long periods
- ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations

Job Duties
- Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and develops assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- responsible for developing an assistant manager to oversee the restaurant in the general manager's absence
- executes brand training programs and additional training plans
- maintains the highest personal and professional appearance standards for self and team
- delivers an unbeatable work culture to drive engagement, retention, and reduce turnover
- provides praise and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors
- implements progressive discipline for performance or policy issues
- ensures team adheres to food safety and hygiene standards
- establishes production management systems to prevent food shortages
- leads team to prepare and serve food to brand quality standards
- trains team to create extraordinary guest experience
- achieves service speed goals without quality compromise
- investigates and resolves guest feedback
- conducts retraining or coaching based on guest feedback
- maintains a clean and safe restaurant environment
- conducts daily or shift pathing and full restaurant evaluations
- identifies and addresses operational gaps
- ensures high health department ratings and brand evaluations
- reviews financial reports to identify opportunities
- implements plans to increase sales traffic and average check
- maintains accuracy of cash, sales, inventory, and other data
- ensures profitability targets are met or exceeded
- stays updated with brand and company initiatives
- communicates with team through meetings and huddles
- reports injuries or incidents to district manager promptly
- completes and oversees accuracy of daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork including cash and inventory counts
- ensures safety protocols and facility issues are addressed
- implements marketing campaigns and product training
- maintains legal and regulatory compliance
