Job Requirements
- Two years of General Manager experience in a restaurant
- tenacious spirit and pride in business ownership
- proven success in team training and leadership
- experience managing inventory in food service
- food safety or alcohol certification within 30 days
- age at least 21 years
- ability to work in open kitchen environment with physical demands including lifting up to fifty pounds
- ability to communicate quickly in English
- willingness to work varied schedules including evenings and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Two years of General Manager experience in a restaurant

- proven success training, developing, and leading teams
- experience ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory in a food service environment
- food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification obtained within 30 days of start date
- must be at least 21 years old
- college education in business or related field may substitute for some required experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the store
- drive the best possible business results and engage customer and Squad experience
- provide leadership to the entire Squad with particular attention to the Store Coach and Shift Captains
- identify opportunities to improve store performance and develop action plans
- engage your Squad in solving problems and achieving store goals
- partner with peers and leadership to secure needed resources
- maintain staffing levels through proactive talent recruitment and selection
- build and sustain community relationships
- utilize forecasts and labor models to distribute staffing and schedules
- execute all training programs for new and existing Squad
- ensure cleanliness and food safety within the store
- hold Squad accountable for performance and demonstrate a growth mindset
- celebrate wins with the Squad
- manage store inventory levels and orders
- maintain accurate, secure, and timely cash management
- communicate effectively regarding initiatives
- track, report, and repair facilities issues
