Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to perform physical activities such as lifting, climbing, standing, and walking
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, and noise
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and company policies

Job Duties

  • Lead by example as a General Manager and advocate for your team by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
  • Be a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and providing a Total Quality Experience to guests and team members
  • Generate new guests through community engagement and exceptional in-store experiences
  • Maintain a safe store environment prioritizing the health and safety of employees and guests
  • Manage a profitable store by tracking sales, overseeing daily operations, and handling risk management
  • Implement creative visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable guest experiences
  • Serve as an advocate for the brand by connecting with the local community to attract and retain talent
  • Mentor an Assistant General Manager and other store staff by knowledge sharing and embodying company guiding principles
