Job Requirements

  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Previous hotel management experience of at least one year
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours and cover shifts as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with hotel management software and computer applications

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • One or more years of experience as a hotel general manager
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proactive and aggressive in solving problems

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and address guest concerns promptly
  • Manage and respond to guest reviews to uphold review standards
  • Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
  • Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L statements
  • Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
  • Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping and daily operational tasks as needed
  • Cover employee shifts during absences to ensure operational continuity
  • Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
