Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a managerial role preferably in retail or hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and perform physical activities as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Lead by example and advocate for your team by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert by bringing passion and sharing it with the team and guests providing a Total Quality Experience
- Generate new guests and build store presence by meeting guests and promoting the brand locally
- Ensure a safe store environment prioritizing the health and safety of employees and guests
- Manage a profitable store by tracking sales, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing risk
- Create memorable guest experiences through visual merchandising and creative product placement
- Mentor the Assistant General Manager and store staff by sharing knowledge and embodying CBTL guiding principles
