Job Duties

  • Model and coach the team for outstanding customer service
  • Engage with associates and customers to enhance interactions
  • Conduct store walkthroughs for pricing and signing accuracy
  • Analyze sales and expense data to identify opportunities
  • Communicate business objectives and performance to the team
  • Drive sales through store walkthroughs and leadership interactions
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching for associates
  • Maintain performance notes and address performance gaps
  • Enhance leadership execution and team development
  • Utilize recognition and rewards to reinforce positive behaviors
  • Lead specialty business teams including salon and beauty managers
  • Support shrink and safety initiatives
  • Consistently meet sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance standards
