Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and business operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and creatively solve problems
- Proficiency in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location

- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of profit and loss management and sales forecasting
- Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Creative and effective marketing skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and compliance with safety standards
- Manage hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Implement effective business strategies including profit and loss management and sales forecasting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Develop and execute community engagement and marketing initiatives such as fundraisers
- Foster a culture of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within the restaurant
- Assist in daily operations and jump in where needed to support the team
