Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols and business operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and creatively solve problems
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Creative and effective marketing skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and compliance with safety standards
  • Manage hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff
  • Implement effective business strategies including profit and loss management and sales forecasting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • Develop and execute community engagement and marketing initiatives such as fundraisers
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within the restaurant
  • Assist in daily operations and jump in where needed to support the team
