Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret technical information
  • Ability to write business reports and correspondence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe certified

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
  • Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
  • Familiarity with supervisory practices and training and development techniques
  • Knowledge of federal state and local employment laws
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
  • Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies procedures programs and systems
  • Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Oversee profit and loss analysis and implement corrective measures
  • Manage planning budgeting and interviewing practices
  • Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Maintain Serve-Safe certification
