Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read analyze and interpret technical information
- Ability to write business reports and correspondence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
- Familiarity with supervisory practices and training and development techniques
- Knowledge of federal state and local employment laws
- Ability to read analyze and interpret business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies procedures programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following all company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Oversee profit and loss analysis and implement corrective measures
- Manage planning budgeting and interviewing practices
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Maintain Serve-Safe certification
