Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ability to train and lead a large team effectively
- Strong commitment to compliance with health and safety laws

- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Ability to manage daily operations efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local restaurant regulations
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
