Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in fitness hospitality or retail environment
- experience with profit and loss management revenue generation staffing recruiting and employee onboarding retention development
- bachelor's degree in business sales marketing finance or related field preferred
- child and adult AED/CPR certified
- excellent business acumen skills including supervisory leadership analytical decision-making problem-solving
- sense of urgency regarding customer service and sales results with proven negotiation skills
- superior managerial communication and interpersonal skills
- highly organized with detail-orientation and proven follow-up skills
- ability to work independently prioritize responsibilities and multi-task with urgency
- competence in business strategy implementation using sound business judgment and innovative solutions
- excellent math skills for data analysis and profit and loss statements
- understanding of company products services and competitors
- proven track record in inventory and purchasing management
- ability to create positive team culture adherent to brand standards
- prior experience with CRM LMS HRIS and Microsoft Office a plus
- ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and work on computer
- physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform club duties including walking climbing stairs bending and lifting

Job Duties

- schedule and direct regular meetings and events to share information and increase morale
- ensure company metrics, guidelines, and standards are measured and provide coaching to course correct behaviors
- achieve monthly and annual membership and fitness financial goals by strategic planning
- review and analyze club revenue and sales goals and adjust targets as needed
- proactively address business trends utilizing reports and company resources
- evaluate market trends and partner with senior management to implement innovations that improve sales and productivity
- evaluate and monitor forecasted budgets to achieve financial objectives
- monitor and approve club Profit and Loss expenses focusing on labor and payroll
- manage payroll budgets and ensure compliance with labor laws
- own the recruitment, training, and development of qualified club personnel
- onboard new employees with proper immersion plans
- identify opportunities for improvement through trainings and strategies
- develop an effective succession planning strategy
- source, interview, and qualify applicants timely
- organize and supervise the work and schedules of the club team
- ensure facilities and equipment walkthroughs are completed daily for safety and operational compliance
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- collaborate with regional leader and facilities team to resolve incidents
- drive sales, staffing, expense control, facility management, and customer service to meet KPIs
- maintain awareness for loss prevention matters
- set targets for team accountability and provide feedback
- collaborate with all departments to achieve synergy
