Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of leadership experience in golf, service or hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Effectively builds strong relationships, leads and develops a team

Job Duties
- Lead and direct all departments including golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy
- Partner with corporate revenue, sales and marketing teams to develop and execute programming, marketing and sales strategies
- Create and implement short-term and long-term operational and financial plans
- Select, develop, lead and retain talented staff
- Ensure compliance with national corporate programs and applicable laws
- Monitor forecast and results daily and adjust to meet targets
- Review guest and member feedback and implement service improvements
