Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven financial management skills
  • Retail operations experience
  • Leadership in team development
  • Proficiency in technology use
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to work flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Available to close store at least once per week
  • Willingness to travel and attend corporate meetings
  • Valid identification for travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Proven success in financial management including sales growth, budget management and expense control
  • Experience in retail operations including inventory management, merchandising, and service culture
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in attracting, developing and motivating teams
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt, use good judgment under pressure and lead through change

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed retail and service sales goals, guest loyalty programs and payroll management
  • Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and complete workload on time and within budget
  • Address financial and operational issues identified through reporting and audits to meet store goals and enhance profitability
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to improve sales and customer experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to better serve guests
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and manage staffing needs
  • Enforce policies and provide corrective actions when necessary
  • Build a highly engaged, inclusive team through effective collaboration, communication and leadership
  • Lead training, coaching, performance reviews and succession planning for managers and associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards including dress code
  • Schedule staff appropriately using company tools to enhance guest experience and reduce loss
  • Protect company assets by enforcing inventory control, cash management, loss prevention and safety procedures
  • Utilize company programs and tools to drive store improvements
  • Communicate business trends and operational needs to field leadership
