Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Willingness to perform hands-on coaching and training duties

- Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Proven ability to maximize sales and meet profitability goals
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
- Maintain a people-first leadership approach
