Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Willingness to perform hands-on coaching and training duties

  • Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coaching and training skills
  • Proven ability to maximize sales and meet profitability goals
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of 20-50 employees
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws

Job Duties

  • Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
  • Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
  • Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
  • Champion Wendy's operating systems
  • Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
  • Follow federal, state and local laws
  • Maintain a people-first leadership approach
