Job Duties

- Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness, and service
- Maintain open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
- Prioritize customer satisfaction for all employees
- Lead by example maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
- Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
- Ensure quality control standards and procedures are strictly enforced
- Monitor sales trends, develop forecasts, and make effective decisions to control key costs
- Maximize productivity without compromising quality
- Ensure full restaurant compliance with health department regulations
- Address critical health violations with corrective actions
- Meet guest needs and resolve complaints with commitment
- Review and approve schedules and forecasts
- Coordinate opening and closing activities safely and timely
- Complete all operational checklists daily
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed
- Complete paperwork and administrative forms timely
- Resolve conflicts and improve team member performance constructively
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internet for operational tasks
