Job Duties
- Provide quality products to customers by building a quality system with team members
- professionally and promptly respond to customer concerns or issues
- solicit customer feedback and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty
- communicate, train, and promote quality standards using available tools
- actively recruit customer focused team members and maintain adequate staffing
- orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations
- ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- establish performance expectations and conduct performance reviews
- document performance issues and take disciplinary action as needed
- coach and develop team members to foster teamwork and energy
- manage sales goals against budget and prior year
- build check averages through team training on products and sales
