Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide quality products to customers by building a quality system with team members
  • professionally and promptly respond to customer concerns or issues
  • solicit customer feedback and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • communicate, train, and promote quality standards using available tools
  • actively recruit customer focused team members and maintain adequate staffing
  • orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations
  • ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
  • establish performance expectations and conduct performance reviews
  • document performance issues and take disciplinary action as needed
  • coach and develop team members to foster teamwork and energy
  • manage sales goals against budget and prior year
  • build check averages through team training on products and sales
  • execute creative local marketing and create a positive community presence
  • manage profit goals against budget and prior year
  • control food, labor, and other costs
  • utilize FOCUS System for budget management
  • develop plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance profits
  • execute administrative and cash management duties
  • plan and manage inventory levels using computerized system
  • ensure the restaurant is clean, equipped, and meets safety and security standards
  • oversee maintenance and repairs when necessary
