Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe certified
  • Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of company's policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss and apply corrective measures
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan and budget effectively
  • Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • Effective interviewing and training capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Strong supervisory practices
  • Planning and budgeting skills
  • Interviewing and training and development practices

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
