Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of company's policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze profit and loss and apply corrective measures
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to plan and budget effectively
- Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- Effective interviewing and training capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
- Strong supervisory practices
- Planning and budgeting skills
- Interviewing and training and development practices
Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
