Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of restaurant management experience preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel initially to Seattle Washington for two months
- Availability to relocate to San Francisco California after assignment
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience five plus years in restaurant management preferably in hospitality or food industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results
- Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers staff and vendors
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting P and L analysis and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety standards health regulations and compliance requirements
- Passion for food and hospitality with customer-centric approach
Job Duties
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing inventory management and quality control
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience
- Oversee budgeting cost control measures and profitability analysis to drive financial success
- Recruit train and mentor team members to promote a culture of excellence teamwork and professional growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions events and community engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations food safety standards and company policies
