Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to hire, train, and develop staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage sales and costs effectively
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
  • Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
  • Lead all guest components of a restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness using proven systems and routines
  • Lead all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
  • Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices utilized within the unit managed
  • Understand ways in which the unit relates to and impacts P.I.E.
  • Seek information regarding trends affecting the food service industry
