Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant line operations or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to learn and apply company operating procedures and HR policies
  • Must demonstrate supervisory and interviewing experience
  • Must be able to achieve Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to work promptly and regularly
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction
  • Ability to react productively to change
  • Must be able to stand for long periods without break
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and apply company standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with P&L analysis and corrective actions
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Skilled in interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to execute training and development practices
  • Ability to complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training
  • Serve Safe certification or ability to achieve certification
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew
  • Develop subordinates and maximize their contributions
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and human resource program execution
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Protect company assets through policy compliance
  • Maximize sales and profit goals
  • Control food, labor, and other controllable costs
  • Participate in marketing programs
  • Perform P&L analysis and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct regular managers' meetings
  • Prepare and conduct performance appraisals
  • Resolve personnel issues working with HR and District Manager
  • Implement action plans from restaurant inspections
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience environment
