Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in basic computer, math, and financial management
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Open availability 7 days a week
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Willingness to be on-call 24/7 unless on approved paid time off

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to train, coach, and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in basic computer, math, and financial management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and foster a guest-focused environment
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of team members including shift leaders, supervisors, and crew
  • Cultivate a positive work environment through coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution
  • Implement training programs to enhance team performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor and manage food and labor costs, inventory levels, and minimize waste to maximize profitability
  • Review guest feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction
  • Lead new product rollouts including staff training and marketing initiatives
  • Engage with the local community to build relationships and explore partnerships
  • Communicate restaurant goals and performance metrics effectively to the team
  • Collaborate with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations as needed
  • Perform duties of restaurant team members when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
