Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Upbeat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and the ability to apply basic algebra concepts
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
- Ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded every visit
- Oversee restaurant operations for a designated Wendy’s location
- Develop and mentor team members
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Maximize store sales and profit goals
- Maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Protect Wendy’s brand and assets
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective actions
