Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Open availability during all restaurant operating hours including pre-opening and post-closing
- Dependable and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing units with drive-thru preferred
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- High School Diploma preferred
- Valid state Driver's License with active automobile insurance meeting required liability coverage
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for management tasks
- Physical ability to tolerate noise, hot and cold temperatures, and other elements
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist at the waist
- Capability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects throughout shifts
- Occasionally climb and descend ladders
- Ability to remain active for long periods standing without breaks
- Capacity to work under pressure and maintain calm with guests and staff.
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and develops successful Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members
- Responsible for developing an Assistant Manager capable of overseeing the restaurant in the General Manager's absence
- Executes brand training programs and implements additional training plans as necessary
- Maintains high standards of personal and professional appearance for self and team
- Delivers a positive work culture that drives engagement, retention, and reduces turnover
- Provides praise and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors
- Implements progressive discipline to correct performance or policy deficiencies
- Ensures team adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene, and quality standards
- Establishes build to's and manages production to maintain adequate food supply
- Leads team to prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and quality standards
- Trains team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience and meet service goals
- Achieves speed of service targets without compromising quality
- Investigates guest feedback and resolves concerns promptly
- Conducts retraining and coaching based on observations and feedback
- Maintains a clean, safe environment and ensures compliance with brand standards
- Conducts evaluations to assess operations and provide team feedback
- Identifies and addresses operational gaps effectively
- Achieves high health department ratings and brand evaluations
- Reviews financial reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Implements plans to increase traffic and average check to drive sales
- Maintains accuracy of cash, sales, inventory, and restaurant data
- Ensures restaurant meets or exceeds profitability goals
- Communicates company initiatives to team through meetings and huddles
- Reports incidents to District Manager and other parties as required
- Completes all administrative duties accurately and timely
- Maintains compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Implements marketing campaigns and new product training.
