Job Duties

  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
  • comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms
  • provide strong customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, operating cash registers, collecting payments, and making change
  • take phone orders and complete delivery tickets
  • fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
  • maintain professional appearance in compliance with the Jimmy John's dress code
  • display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
