Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year salaried General Manager experience in a regional or national quick service concept
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Strong leadership skills and effective interpersonal communication
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and conduct cost controls
Proven track record in problem solving and operational management
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications
