Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous General Manager experience
- ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to customer service quality and operational standards
Job Qualifications

- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- meet McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee restaurant operations and team performance
