Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to bend and reach overhead often
- Dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
- Comfortable working near open flames
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- Good close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Ability to work alertly and safely
- Availability to occasionally work in outdoor weather
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles

- Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing efficiently

Job Duties
