Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to bend and reach overhead often
  • Dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
  • Comfortable working near open flames
  • Ability to work in tight spaces
  • Maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Good close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Ability to work alertly and safely
  • Availability to occasionally work in outdoor weather
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
  • Strong people development and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing efficiently
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and adaptability

  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team towards shared goals

Job Duties
