Job Requirements

- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and develop people
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with basic computer skills
- Ability to be mobile and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction in the restaurant and FunZone if applicable
- Oversee the hiring, training and development of all staff and other managers
- Maintain high food quality and safety standards
- Maintain high operational standards
- Provide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the same
- Build community engagement by partnering with other organizations and businesses
- Respond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving guests' dining experience
- Develop strategies for minimizing waste and lowering food costs
- Develop strategies for driving sales growth and volume in the restaurant and FunZone where applicable
- Ensure that the restaurant follows all Pizza Ranch standards every shift
- Report to the franchise owner or district manager
