Job Description
This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have prior General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or related fields
- possess strong leadership skills
- demonstrate ability to develop and coach a team
- be capable of managing staffing, scheduling, and operational goals
- committed to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager in high volume restaurant locations
- strong background in quick service restaurant operations, hospitality, or retail
- ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- experience in hiring and staff development
- knowledge of quality and service standards in restaurant management
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- help Department Managers set individual goals and improve their departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure high standards in customer experience and operational efficiency
- manage staffing and scheduling to meet business demands
