Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward, discipline, and terminate employees as needed
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape and maintain restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties occasionally
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest/hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health, safety codes and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food standards and cleanliness
- Control daily operations including cash control, inventory, food and labor management
- Manage profit and loss including food, labor, and carryout costs
- Control food costs via recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize labor costs through scheduling tools and monitoring
- Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain facility/assets
- Perform other assigned duties as required
