Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Capability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to enforce safety standards and regulations
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Experience with P&L management

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and encourage high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Conduct weekly inventory
- Optimize employee scheduling using labor tools
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform other assigned duties
