Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age
- Minimum 3 plus years of restaurant management work experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Required to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, alcohol safety, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations preferred
Job Duties
- Direct daily operations of the restaurant
- Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies
- Manage cash control, labor, inventory and review financial reports
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members
- Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using preventative maintenance
- Ensure food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Execute corporate and local marketing plans
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts
