Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- eligible to work in the United States
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- able to reach, handle objects, bend, stoop
- able to taste and smell
- good verbal communication
- able to use vision capabilities required for job
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willing to follow OSHA, safety and sanitation procedures
- for alcohol serving locations, compliance with state-mandated age requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years’ experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary education preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and handle employee rewards and discipline including termination
- address and resolve complaints and problems
- shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and forecast variances to management
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members as needed
- lead sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- greet and resolve food quality and service issues to satisfy guests
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, and labor schedules
- manage P&L including food, labor and other controllable costs
- oversee facility and company assets
- perform all other assigned duties
