This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. While the restaurant uses the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products under license, it operates as a separate business entity. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment actions including hiring, training, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and management decisions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant or similar business
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Commitment to upholding McDonald's standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail management beneficial
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to set goals and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead department managers by helping set goals, following up on progress, and coaching for improvement
- Hire and develop department and shift managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for growth
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations
