Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
  • Experience in sales, finance, and service operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work a 5-day work week
  • Commitment to uphold company core values and customer service excellence
  • Proficiency with business analysis and staff management tools

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or RV industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing P&L
  • Skilled in coaching, recruiting, and talent development
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and create actionable plans
  • Familiarity with managing customer experience and operational standards

Job Duties

  • Lead the overall store operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Select, train, coach, develop, and retain top talent for the store
  • Set vision, direction, and goals for sales of new and used RVs, F&I products, service, and parts
  • Motivate and hold the team accountable to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Engage actively on the front lines with customers and associates to model leadership by example
  • Manage day-to-day business operations including inventory management, customer traffic, and staffing
  • Partner with regional leadership to optimize inventory, control expenses, enforce company policies, and improve business performance
