Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Serv Safe certified
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and food costs
- Ability to solve problems and exercise sound judgment
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts and hours
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to comply with background check and drug test
- Open availability to work varied shifts

Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Checks product quality and communicates with customers and assures availability
- Effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- Conduct meetings with team members and management team for planning, training, and reviewing procedures and policies
- Develop and maintain an acceptable level of sales and utilize local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and other cost categories to minimize impact
- Analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow proper procedures and specifications in food preparation and serving
- Control restaurant inventory through an established system
- Use company approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Adjust labor to changes in sales volume
- Manage restaurant cash control and make bank deposits daily
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure accidents and incidents are reported timely
- Maintain safe work environment and achieve high health department rating
- Ensure professional restaurant and team image through adherence to cleanliness and uniforms
- Keep District Manager informed of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll accordingly
- Maintain applicant tracking as per federal requirements
- Conduct performance reviews with management and team members
- Document corrective disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with laws
- Post required federal and state posters
- Utilize preventive maintenance system for building and equipment repair
- Attend meetings as scheduled by District Manager
- Perform all required administrative paperwork
