Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Ability to travel locally within the Phoenix Valley
  • Positive, team-first mentality
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and modern restaurant tech tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and operational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, FOH and BOH
  • Lead and mentor managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
  • Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and team leadership
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees with excellence
  • Coach and support team members through performance management and goal setting
  • Forecast inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on reporting, planning, and strategic growth
  • Travel as needed to assist with training, onboarding, and opening new locations in 2026
