Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 4 years prior experience in restaurant leadership
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • meet state requirements for alcohol service if applicable
  • knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
  • physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform restaurant duties
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and team building capabilities
  • basic computer literacy
  • availability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
  • college or culinary schooling preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • strong planning and organizational skills
  • proficiency with computers and business math

Job Duties

  • managing daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy implementation
  • recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees
  • shaping a positive restaurant culture and promoting employee engagement
  • coaching and mentoring team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • controlling labor, food, and other operational costs
  • handling guest relations including greeting and resolving service issues
