Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 4 years prior experience in restaurant leadership
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- meet state requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
- physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform restaurant duties
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and team building capabilities
- basic computer literacy
- availability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong planning and organizational skills
- proficiency with computers and business math
Job Duties
- managing daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy implementation
- recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees
- shaping a positive restaurant culture and promoting employee engagement
- coaching and mentoring team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- controlling labor, food, and other operational costs
- handling guest relations including greeting and resolving service issues
