- physical stamina for standing, lifting, and manual tasks
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on guest service
- adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
- ensure financial and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
- maintain consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- estimate food and beverage costs and work with staff for efficient provisioning
- ensure proper cash handling and facility security
- supervise portion control and minimize waste
- estimate food needs, place orders, and schedule delivery of supplies
- ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints
- keep leadership team informed of issues and take corrective action
- foster a cooperative working climate to promote employee morale and productivity
- perform other duties as required
- work weekends as required
- provide direction to employees on operational issues
- interview, hire, train, and if necessary terminate employees
- conduct employee orientation and explain restaurant philosophy
- develop employees with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- maintain accurate staffing plans and schedules
- supervise 25+ employees per shift
- adjust hours as needed including filling in for absent staff
- perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating kitchen and office equipment
