Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certification required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Open availability to work various shifts
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug test

Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct meetings with team members and management to plan and review operations and policies
- Develop and maintain sales using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities and supply costs
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow proper food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory through established systems
- Develop and post labor schedules
- Adjust labor to changes in sales volume
- Manage restaurant cash control and make daily bank deposits
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Report accidents and incidents to risk management promptly
- Maintain a safe work environment and high health department ratings
- Uphold restaurant cleanliness, uniforms, and image standards
- Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll
- Maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files and post required federal and state posters
- Utilize preventive maintenance systems for building and equipment
- Attend meetings with District Manager
- Perform required administrative paperwork
