Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
