Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Ability to conduct P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Experience with supervisory and training practices
- Strong planning, budgeting, and interviewing skills
