Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Ability to conduct P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • Experience with supervisory and training practices
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and interviewing skills
