Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- 4-6 years of relevant industry experience strongly preferred
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with state-mandated alcohol service age requirements
- Ability to maintain safe work environment
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to use company labor scheduling tools

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and discipline employees as necessary
- Foster a positive culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Occasionally assist with category job duties
- Lead sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, labor, and financial reporting
- Manage food, labor, and other controllable costs including P&L oversight
- Ensure proper equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
